With our abundance of apples, it’s no wonder that new cideries crop up every year. A great place to start is the Finger Lakes Cider House at Good Life Farm in Interlaken, where you can taste and buy bottles of cider from the following local ciders: Good Life Cider, Black Diamond Cider, Redbyrd Orchard Cider, Eve’s Cidery, South Hill Cider. Tastings are $5 for five and ciders range from $5 to $7 a glass and $15 to $19 a bottle.
